Michael Baschnagel is the Chief Financial Officer of Lee Earley Inc, a heavy civil contractor in Rapid City, South Dakota, where he oversees accounting, financial reporting, and tax planning. He has also worked as a seasonal tax preparer for HR Block for the past 11 years, managing complex customer returns, and previously built a career in hospitality accounting, rising to Assistant Vice President across five casinos in Las Vegas, the Bahamas, and Macau. Michael's connection to One4One goes back more than 30 years. He met Charles Sinicki at SUNY Fredonia, and the two became close friends and later moved to Las Vegas together to start their careers. Having watched Paige grow into the person she is today, Michael was devastated to learn of her diagnosis and inspired by her determination, an experience made even more personal by other family and friends who have battled cancer. When the Sinicki family shared their vision for a foundation, he was eager to be part of it.
