Wendy Carney is a seasoned hospitality leader with more than 31 years of experience with Marriott Vacations Worldwide. She currently serves as General Manager of Marriott's Grand Chateau, a 1,114 room resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she drives operational performance and leads teams focused on outstanding owner and guest experiences. Wendy also serves on four boards within Marriott Vacations Worldwide, reflecting her passion for organizational growth and employee engagement. Her connection to One4One runs deep. Through the Oregon Ducks softball community, she met the Sinicki family and watched Paige demonstrate extraordinary strength and determination while battling cancer, an experience made even more personal by her best friend's own three time fight against the disease. Wendy and her husband have fostered more than 100 rescue dogs over the past six years, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, five grandchildren, and three dogs.
