Olivia Ship

Business Development, Schneider National and Track and Field Coach, St Norbert College

Olivia Ship graduated from St. Norbert College in 2025 with a degree in Business Communication and Organizational Leadership. She works in logistics sales at Schneider and coaches Cross Country and Track and Field, having started at Lawrence University and returning to St. Norbert College this fall. As a former Division III cross-country and track-and-field athlete, she understands firsthand the challenges student-athletes face in accessing healthcare screenings and medical support. Olivia's connection to One4One is deeply personal. Paige Sinicki has been her best friend since fourth grade, and Olivia has been continually inspired by Paige's strength and perseverance through her battle with breast cancer. She has also seen the impact of cancer within her own family, with her grandfather, grandmother, and aunt all having battled the disease. Olivia enjoys running and training for her next big race in her free time.
