Ryan Sinicki is a civil engineer at Kimley-Horn, where he focuses on design and pre-construction planning, handling permitting and technical revisions for projects from initial design through construction. His work blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination across planning, permitting, marketing, and leadership. Ryan's connection to One4One is personal. His sister, Paige Sinicki, is the organization's founder. Her cancer diagnosis came as a shock to him and their entire family, but he's grateful it was caught early. Paige's strength throughout her journey has motivated him to help ensure that other families have the same opportunity for early detection, so they, too, can catch health concerns in time.
